I called the company " Global Lending Services '' on XX/XX/20 at XXXX to inquire about the debt i owed on my car loan.. I have suffered greatly from covid as i know many others have and they offer ZERO assistance for those suffering.. Once i had read the reviews i saw where the deferred some payments for the people who called attorneys but offered me and some others ZERO HELP. They told me my car would be repossessed and that i needed to get all valuables out. The fact that a company has NO ASSISTANCE for something like this is appalling and they should be shut down.

This was originally an auto loan in which GLS is reporting as a Foreclosure to XXXX and XXXX. They also reported an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TN XXXX, to which I have never resided, to XXXX. Auto was repossessed with no letter sent to provide details on how, when, where to redeem property prior to auction. I co-signed on an auto loan with my ex-husband. He failed to make the payments on the vehicle which resulted in charge-off and repossession of the vehicle. I received a XXXX cancellation of debt which was to be filed with the IRS, on top of the company repossessing the vehicle. However, this account is still reporting as a charge off with a balance owed on my credit report. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus on numerous occasions. I have also contacted the company requesting proof of balance owed, repossession, and whether the vehicle has been sold and the amount that it was sold for since according to the FRCA, the consumer does have a right to this information. When I contact the company, no one seems to know what I am talking about and I have not received any proof of the requested information.
