(b) 115 Ford Street in Pontotoc, MS - On or about April 3, 2014, employees were exposed to combustible dust fire and explosion hazards due to the employer's failure to provide permanent grounding and bonding of the outside storage trailers/bins subject to the accumulation of static electric charge.
