Complaint What Happened Received paperwork stating that the house is in foreclosure but this was during bankruptcy automatic stay company went against the automatic stay and continued to the foreclosure property by ignoring stay. They were still selling the house and closed the bidding when the account was in bankruptcy status ignoring the bankruptcy automatic stay on property The house was placed on the market during bankruptcy. I received a letter after the house was taken off the market but they never to this day advised how much is owed and continue to publish the house for foreclosure after all this time the amount is not accurate and neither one of these parties have a sure amount of what is owed. When I did call they still did not have an accurate amount owed they said they will send me notification as of today 's date there is no notification of the debt owed and how much is constantly different with figures that are higher than normal. The mortgage servicer has placed fees that are unlawful in order to seize the property. Visio and the servicer is not advising the exact amount owed ignored automatic stay but yet they are putting the property back on the market without letting the owner know what is really owed, Not giving the owner time to dispute they are constantly violating the legal right of the property owner. These two companies have two different figures placing property on the market and not advising what is owed. and it is not detailed or structured for anyone to understand what is really owed because of the many fees that are unlawfully placed on the property in foreclosure. Visio is conducting predatory lending practices and needs to be investigated for discriminatory practices as well. They have deliberately foreclosed property where they advised people that the owner of the property spoken in a derogatory manner by the finance manager XXXX using unlawful tactics in order to seize property the company is engaging in unlawful tactics in order to get property in their possession by the tactics they have displayed during financing and foreclosure the company continue to deceive the owner where they would state that they will renew the terms and at the end of the term refused therefore causing the loan to be in automatic foreclosure status.
