Complaint What Happened	I sent the gift card to someone and they can't be able to redeem it. I emailed Google, the credit card and the XXXX XXXX won't help me with my situation. In attachment document... I have proof that there is no XXXXXXXX XXXX gift card. on XXXX XXXX account. Then XXXX response was send her a card so she can redeem it. I told them that we aren't going to redeem it, we want our money back. They won't refund. They didn't warn me on website that this card isn't like the other gift card. They didn't explain what this gift card is on their website. They didn't explain what redeem is ... and how to operate it. I don't know how to use it. I thought that I can use it to transfer to my bank account. I thought it was like XXXX gift card. XXXX gift card maybe the same way now, because I have never bought their gift card. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX female and I do not want to use this to play games that I won't enjoy at ALL. I don't know anybody I can give it to .... I don't know if anybody play games on google play on cell phone. I need my refund back... they need to figure out how to cancel this gift card, because this isn't fair. I don't want my {$500.00} to be stuck on this gift card. They didn't even mail me a gift card... I don't know how to use this... Please help me. Look at XXXX 's account... there is no gift card on there... I sent the gift card to XXXX 's email account. My email account is XXXX XXXX won't talk to me.
