Complaint What Happened	Signed an apartment lease for the period XXXX to XXXX XXXXXXXX. Was not informed about automatically signed for a credit building service online ( RentPlus ), but the monthly rent showed a XXXX XXXX The apartment office ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) told me they can not do anything about it but I could google the company and contact them for service cancelation. XXXX XXXX [ 1 ] shows that many rental property had this RentPlus or related credit building service Opt-out, which led to subsequent difficulties for cancelation [ 2 ]. Moreover, even after successful cancelation, people were still charged monthly. Many people live in rental properties due to budget issues otherwise they would prefer to have their own places. Those are people either has no money, want to improve their credit scores, or students. Moreover, many said it did not help with their credit score [ 3 ].
