Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) At the Ransohoff part washer - On or about January 13, 2016, a quick drenching facility for eyes and body was not in the immediate vicinity where employees were working with a corrosive chemical, Techniclean S 5001, which contains 2-aminoethanol. Employees were testing the concentration every morning, adding the chemical as needed and performing the monthly PM without a facility for drenching or to flush the eyes and body in the immediate vicinity.

Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) In the maintenance shop area - On or about January 13, 2016, there were two disconnects mounted on the wall that were not labeled as to it's purpose; 1) The first one next to the Greenlee maintenance container went to a transformer but there was no indication as to what the transformer supplied. 2) The second disconnect feed into an electrical raceway that feed some receptacles however it was not known where the conduits going to the right and towards the ceiling went to.
