Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) In front of the gas station - On or about September 3, 2015 two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while repairing and replacing a lamp and ballast while working inside a Chevrolet C6500 Bucket Truck. These employees were elevated 19 feet 5 inches above concrete without fall protection.
