Manual of Steel Construction ninth edition. (a) 2235 Attala Road 2202 in Kosciusko, MS - On or about April 27 to May 5, 2016, there were two columns on the South end of dip tanks of hydrochloric acid solutions that were corroded to the center core of the flanges on the steel I-beams.

(a) 2235 Attala Road 2202 in Kosciusko, MS - On or about April 27 to May 5, 2016, employees were not protected from falling into the hydrochloric acid solutions used to clean the steel because top guard rails were bent down or missing along the catwalks between the acid tanks and guard rails were missing on the ends of the acid tanks where employees walk from one tank to another.
