On or about July 25, 2022, located on the west side of a residential structure, employees were performing framing work while not utilizing a fall protection system. Potential fall heights were measured to be over 25 feet. THE AGUINAGA BUILDERS CORP. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1474979, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 8, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1510 REGENCY ROAD, REGENCY PLACE APARTMENTS, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA. THE AGUINAGA BUILDERS CORP. The employees were not using any form of fall protection to prevent them from falling from the roof.
