In XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Bridgecrest repossessed my car. I tried my best to have the car reinstated, but I was unsuccessful. This repossession on my credit report killed my scores tremendously and I was unsuccessful obtaining credit anywhere. In XXXX and XXXX, I started working hard to catch up on debt, and reestablish myself so that I may become credit worthy again. I reached out to Bridgecrest multiple times to try to find out what happened to the car because I did not receive anything from them explaining to me what was going to/what happened to the car They not only denied me access of buying back the car, they also never gave me the chance to reinstate the car. In XXXX of XXXX, I pulled my credit report and saw that the car was still listed as open, and in repossession. And Every month it reported as being late. I disputed the account with Bridgecrest and the credit bureaus and according to them the account is reporting correctly. But how is this so when the account is reporting different data to each furnisher? How is this so when the car was repossessed over 5 years ago? Was it sold, XXXX it be listed as a charge off? And if its a charge off, should it be listing late payments? When did the late occur? And why is the balance still the same, was the car not sold? Who was it sold to? Is the account charged off? If so, why is my credit reports stating different? Every month the credit bureaus are allowing this company, Bridgecrest to report inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable information. The open date is inaccurate, the close date is inaccurate, the status is inaccurate, the payment history is inaccurate the balance is incorrect, the date of last payment is incorrect and the date of last activity is inaccurate and each of these categories is reporting different data to each data furnisher month after month after month. For many years. This company is updating incomplete, unverifiable, and incorrect information every month. I have disputed these unverifiable inaccuracies in writing, on line, and by phone with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and the company ; but yet these data furnishes still allow this company to destroy my credit worthiness by intentionally reporting incomplete, unverified, and inaccurate information every month for XXXX. This company is intentionally destroying my credit worthiness by intentionally violating the FCRA requirements by intentionally reporting incomplete, inaccurate, and unverifiable information. PLEASE HELP BECAUSE I HAVE SUBMITTED MANY DISPUTES BUT THE COMPANY AND THE CREDIT BUREAUS CONTINUE TO '' UPDATE '' THE ACCOUNT WITH INACCURATE, UNVERIFIABLE INFORMATION ALTHOUGH THEY CLAIM TO HAVE INVESTIGATED.

I refinanced my auto loan in XXXX with XXXX. They sent a check to Bridgecrest to pay off the loan. My payment due date was XXXX the XXXX and since Bridgecrest exists because of bogus fees, there is no grace period on their loans. So I had to make my payment that day. Then they post the check from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, we can call that a coincidence if they like, but we all know it is not.
Bridgecrest refuses to refund me for the overpayment amount which is around {$690.00}, I can not get the exact amount because they have shut off my access to my account and do not send out paperwork. The majority of their business is fraudulent, so that is no surprise. I have called and spent hours on the phone with them and getting the run around, but still no check.
This is my last ditch effort to get my funds as the next step is court and the entire fraudulent loan itself will be brought into question then as well as their shady business practices. I charge {$1000.00} an hour as well and they will pay that bill for all the hours I have wasted on this by them trying to steal my money as well as making me pay interest on money that couldn't exist without me.

On XX/XX/2022, I called Bridgecrest to let them know that I was going to trade in my vehicle and needed a XXXX payoff amount. ( The car note due date was on the XXXX ).
On XX/XX/2022, while at the dealership, the salesman asked me to call Bridgecrest again to verify the payoff amount.
On XX/XX/2022, I purchased a new vehicle and traded in the vehicle that was financed by Bridgecrest.
On XX/XX/2022, Bridgecrest called me twice stating that they had not received payment on my car loan. I informed them that the car was traded in and that they should have received the payoff check from the car dealership.
Bridgecrest continued to send me text messages and voice messages regarding a loan payment on the car it had financed.
On XX/XX/2022, I contacted someone at the dealership to see if they had sent the payoff check to Bridgecrest. She told me that they had. She and I got on a three-way call with a XXXX at Bridgecrest. The rep at the dealership gave the rep at Bridgecrest the date that the check had been sent to the lockbox ( a day or two after purchase ) and she verified the lockbox address. No one had been there to receive the check.
Bridgecrest reported a late payment to the credit bureaus.
I contacted Bridgecrest to get the late payment removed, because it was not my fault that they did not receive payment on the vehicle, when it was clearly sent in due time.
Bridgecrest refused to remove the late payment.

This account with Bridgecrest formerly XXXX has been settled and closed, but is still on all XXXX of my credit reports. This account was paid fully by the insurance company upon repossession. Therefore this account needs to be removed Immediately! Therefore you are reporting false information on my credit.
As a citizen I have a RIGHT to have a accurate credit report, but as a CONSUMER congress gives me a right to dispute inaccurate information on my credit profile.
15 USC 1681 ( a ) Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting 15 U.S. Code ss 1692 ( a ) Abusive practices There is abundant evidence of the use of abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices by many debt collectors. Abusive debt collection practices contribute to the number of personal bankruptcies, to marital instability, to the loss of jobs, and to invasions of individual privacy.

Now I owe more than twice as much, and they wont send the title to MS so I can renew my license plate. I paid for that car more than twice over, due to their predatory loan interest. Bridgecrest/XXXX is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. As per the Simple Interest Retail Installment Contract ( page 2 of 5 ), the security interest secures payments of all amounts I owe in the contract and performance of my OTHER agreements in the contract. Bridgecrest collected a security interest, therefore the balance is {$0.00}. Although, I know I will file grievances with other agencies regarding the deception of the contract, the forgery ( electronic signature ), and the securities fraud, I want it on record in this complaint filed with the CFPB that Bridgecrest/XXXX practices in deception and fraud, robbing consumers. Also on the contract it states the amount of credit provided to me on my behalf, I am the creditor. I was not informed that I was entering a contract to be charged a finance charge for my own credit. On XX/XX/2022 I entered into a simple retail installment contract with XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX also known as Bridgecrest. I was mislead to believe that I needed to commingle a cash down payment and that this was a loan. I was told I had to put an cash down payment of {$2800.00} down. I signed a promissory note along with a security agreement which created a negotiable instrument. Earlier this year my vehicle was then stolen by this company they are now falsely reporting and interfering with my pursuit of happiness. There is a great deal of fraud and misreprsentation invovled in this transaction and Bridgecrest/XXXX needs to be held liable.

Bridgecrest/XXXX had been paid in full but will not correct credit report. The account is still showing a balance. XXXX investigated but kept the same information that was a remaining balance. I sent the paid in full letter to eperian but they did not correct their error.

Hi, I have been with bridgecrest all for over two years now. And during the pandemic they were saying that they were going to make accommodations. And it was nice, except they were still reporting to the credit bureau. This company completely misrepresented The accommodations. Even when I spoke directly to more than one representative, they told me that I would not be reported to the credit bureau if I paid X amount. I did what I was supposed to do on my end but I still ended up being reported and 30 points on my credit dropped. I would like something done about this, it should be illegal, we are still in a pandemic and they are still reporting late payments even with payment arrangements.
