Complaint What Happened	Sterling Infosystems is reporting fraudulent and addresses from states Ive never lived. Theyre reporting fraudulent traffic citations in XXXX, GA, and fraudulent criminal charges from GA. I recorded my conversation with the Director of Compliance, XXXX XXXX. He has informed me that I applied for a position that used Sterling Infosystems in 2016, that matched an address in CA. Please review the audio recording. You will also find that he gave his authorization to be recorded. Sterling Infosystems is passing along fraudulent information to an employer. According to XXXX, they use, proprietary database from their company. This is a database wherein they search addresses associated with an individual. Their actions are not legal. Their actions violate FCRA regulations. They use pointers. This should be illegal. It hurts potential candidates.
