I received a notice of a debt that was supposedly from XXXX from Assured Financial out of XXXX XXXX.
I called to talk with someone, XXXX, answered the call and became abusive and enraged as it tried to explain to her.
After calling me names she hung up.
I tried 3 more times to explain to her, but she hung up each time.
This was supposed for a knee brace. I have XXXX and two co insurances that paid with notice that nothing else is owing.
I deeply resent the implication that I am senile and stupid.
