29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Top of roof - On or about June 12, 2023, the employer provided fall protection for his employees but failed to ensure the employees working on the steep roof applying roof sheeting were attached to the lanyards exposing them to fall hazards. |
