The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under 1926.502(e). (a) Holiday Inn Express & Suites - On or about October 29, 2014 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working in a JLG-460SJ Telescopic Boom Lift serial no. 627268. This employee was elevated 37 feet 2 inches above concrete without fall protection. |

The training shall include the following areas, as applicable: (a) R & R Steam Cleaning - On or about October 29, 2014 an employee was exposed to potential fall hazard while working in a JLG-460SJ Telescopic Boom Lift serial no. 627268. One employee stated he had never received any training about the hazards of associated with working on an aerial lift such as: electrocution, tip-over, high winds, falls, collisions, explosions, fires, and damage machinery. |
