(a) Foxworth Mill and Columbia Mill - On or about April 28, 2015, the employer had not established an energy program consisting of a specific energy control procedure for each machine required under this standard. There were no periodic inspections or employee training. Machines include but not limited to head saws, debarkers, carriages, conveyors, hog mills, air compressors, etc.
