Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Jobsite - On or about February 19, 2014 employees were on the edge of a flat wood frame structure unloading 4 x 8 plywood sheets from a Gehl Telescopic Handler and then installing the sheets to the outside edge of the structure. Employees were on the edge and exposed to a fall height of 16 feet. Employees were not protected from falling to a lower level by a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
