Todays date is XX/XX/2024, as of yesterday my card was declined when I tried to make a purchase in the afternoon, I figured it was declined because of the amount of what I attempting to purchase, an just needed to give it XXXX minutes, so I did, still couldnt use my card, figured whatever Ill continue about my day as normal and later in the evening I went to XXXX so I could pick up dog food and dinner for my wife and XXXX girls, but to my surprise, my card was declined again. I havent received a phone call nor a text message in regards to why my account has been locked, nor is there a way to get my account unlocked without calling the bank, not on their website, not on their mobile app and not on their recorded phone lines! This business is closed due to the holiday, Im sure glad they get to enjoy it while my girls and wife dont even get to XXXX eat! They need to fix this issue and make it to where there is either a 24 hr hotline to help with issues such as this, or a way on their website or mobile app! Now on top of this Im a XXXX and have had to miss work today, yes unfortunately as a XXXX I dont get holidays off, because I couldnt put gas in my vehicle! The amount of inconvenience as well as incompetence of this institution is astounding! Its like your a-typical corporation, XXXX XXXX XXXX to their customers or employees as long as the money is rolling.

Hancock Whitney Bank has violated my rights in account reporting. I have come to find out for years they have been reporting many incorrect missed payments and not reporting on time payments since the account was opened. They can't even report the same closed date correctly between bureaus. How can they be trusted. I called Hancock Whitney and they say they can't find my account. but when I filed a dispute with the bureaus, they say all this scrambled information is verified. how can this be when its totally different with each bureau. This account is a blatant violation with credit reporting law.
They also violated my rights under 15 USC 1681s-2 and 15 USC 1681 section 602 A.

I am a co-signed on my daughters checking account. She was a victim of check fraud on or about XX/XX/XXXX. We have the police report and other info. We contacted Hancock Whitney bank and they started a investigation. My husband and i have a checking account there. And I am also on my XXXX year old mother account there. The fraud checks/scam were two checks totaling XXXX. The scammer requested money be sent back due to overpayment and my daughter did that. We understand that we need to make it right with the bank but they want there money in 10 days or they say they are gon na take my money out of my and my husbands account and if it isnt available there, they will take my mothers. We have offered numerous solution that would Benefitnthe bank and is without taking my mother only money she has. She is elderly and has medication and other necessities to buy. My husband receives social security and we cant make it without his money. I am a XXXX in XXXX. We have asked the local branch to let us discuss it with fraud division or corporate to come up with a solution and they refused. They said it has to be handled locally. We offered all document, emails, text from the number and email that was used for the scam. They refused to look at it. We offered police report and they said they didnt need it. We tried to remove myself off my mothers account to avoid her losing everything and they refused. They have treated us like crimson and second hand citizens since the day it happened. We have requested a unbiased arbitrater and they refused.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was added as a co-owner on to my spouses checking account.
Over time from then until now, I have been in contact with the Branch Manager, XXXX XXXX, on many occasions to request assistance with helping my account not get NSF charges. I have contacted XXXX by email, and still have all of these emails, if necessary. Today, again after my account has received NSF fees, I contacted XXXX again. She then proceeds to tell me that there is an " OPT OUT '' option, so when the check card is used and the funds are not available, the card will not be able to be used.
My complaint is, that I have contacted XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX as well as numerous phone calls. I have explained to XXXX that we were experiencing a financial hardship, due to unemployment, again, on several different occasions and it was NOT until " Today '', XXXX/XXXX/XXXX that I am told that we have an OPT OUT option. Now it is my understanding that when my husband opened the account in XX/XX/XXXX he was given this form to complete. That is 3 years ago.
Why was this never mentioned to us again. And I was added on the account XX/XX/XXXX, I was NEVER given this form nor was I given the option to OPT OUT, nor was it brought to my husbands attention at that time. The only suggestion made by XXXX was a Handy Line account. Which would be a LOAN.

My dispute is that if I actually ever signed the form agreeing to " Opt Out '' and the bank had a record of this, why would she be offering to send me the form to sign.

On XX/XX/23 Im looking through XXXX XXXX XXXX for the used XXXX XXXX truck, I saw the the truck that I like at the place called XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX I contact them and talk to the guy name XXXX, The truck was listed at {$6900.00} and XXXX agree to sell the truck for {$6300.00} including delivery I asked XXXX how to pay him and he sending me email me the purchase agreement and instructions of how to send the money in the instructions they have the link that say CLICK HERE and the wallets address XXXX. When I press on the link click here its take me to the page that buys bitcoins online I follow the instructions put in the amount of {$6300.00} and the wallets address and it took me to the others page to fill out all of my personal information, when my transaction was approved I email XXXX the approved transaction email and he said he will delivery the truck, but the next day he send me the email asking to pay {$2000.00} more for insurance for the truck delivery I disagree with that and told him I cancel the deal, he said XXXX refund the money to me. As soon as he said that I know that I got scammed, I contact my bank asking them to stop the transaction while it in pending, I also file the dispute I also email my bank the police reports, the attorney general affidavit reports and the screenshots of the email between me and XXXX XXXX XXXX, couple weeks later I got the letter from my bank regarding the dispute in the letter they said based on the investigation they determined that no error has occurred, I disagree with their findings because it clearly a scam I hope that you getting involved to help me getting my {$6300.00} refund to me. On XX/XX/XXXX, we were advised that the two party repair check issued by XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was cashed on XX/XX/XXXX by Hancock Whitney Bank in XXXX, XXXX XXXX without XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX signature or authority. We filed a forgery claim through the insurance company and it was submitted to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX. We reached out to Go XXXX XXXX. since then and have not received an update from the bank in regards to resolving the matter.

Hancock & Whitney bank allowed someone to open XXXX checking accounts and XXXX savings account using my information. Then proceeded to let them draw {$250.00} from XXXX acct with a {$0.00} balance, {$100.00} from another acct thaty had a {$0.00} balance, and {$50.00} from another acct that had {$.00} in it. I can only assume the one with {$.00} was the first account. All of this was done using my name and SS # I presume, as the welcome letters, overdraft notices and the debit cards all came to me. It appears to me that it would have to be someone in XXXX XXXX XXXX bank as they would've had to go into a bank to make withdrawals. At the beginning of XX/XX/2023 I ran my credit and have not seen anything on there so far.

I took over a loan with Hancock Whitney Bank back in XXXX that my father had and he passed away in XXXX.
XXXX XXXX from Florida office is the financial banker or officer for their business loans. The year I took the loan over after I had been running the business for 8 years for my dad, we went through and changed the loan in my name a few months after his death. We done a appraisal which was almost XXXX dollars that I paid for and she told me the loan would be redone in a year but I would not have to pay for a new appraisal. When XXXX came time to redo the loan for 3 years I had to pay another almost XXXX for a new appraisal that was exactly the same appraisal done in XXXX. Also in XXXX we done title apps on the mobile homes which the bank had only XXXX on the loan. I asked her and she said the extra ones were in case they messed up a title app that I wouldn't have to come to XXXX to sign another one. That was not true they tried to include all 26 mobile homes on the loan for collateral. I called her and she said they did have all the trailers on the loan and I said no its only 17 Trailers. She called me back and said I was right it was only 17. She never sent the title apps so I could get the trailers in my name with them as lienholder on the 17 trailers nor the extra 9 that they tried to add. I been having trouble getting power cut on and have not been able to get the power on them to rent them. They was suppose to have fixed this and did not. I hired a law firm XXXX and XXXX in XXXX Mississippi and it was agreed that hancock whitney bank would correct everything but I was to sign paperwork Stating I would not pursue hancock whitney on anything but that was agreed that hancock whitney would correct everything. They have not corrected it and I paid the loan off with hancock whitney and refinanced with another bank. I paid them off the XXXX of XXXX and the new bank has not received the release showing hancock whitney has no lien and thats been almost 2 months. Hancock whitney has not only made it to where I cant get power on at my trailers to rent them they have lied and been very unprofessional with there banking practices with me. I paid them off and want my titles and the release.
