Crossbraces shall not be used as a means of access. (a) Front of the building (right side of the entrance) - On or about March 3, 2017 two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a scaffold 14 feet above concrete with a ladder that did reach the top platform. The ladder did not reach the 2nd level of the scaffold.
