I was contacted by Quicken Loans dba. Rocket Mortgage to refinance my VA loan that they serviced. The terms looked good so I agreed and the process began. Everything appeared to go well until the closing approached and the numbers agreed on had changed. I requested that the refinance be terminated and was told it would be so. I was contacted by a 'Resolution Specialist ' and was told he would look into it. He got back to me and explained the increase in payments was due to escrow increases which I agreed, and the refinance went forward to close. My closing was on XX/XX/XXXX and the numbers were as agreed. Six days after close I was told the payments would be higher due to an insurance payment that was made and my payments would be increased. The next day I called and requested cancellation of the refinance and was told it would move forward. Meanwhile I had to make a payment on the original loan to avoid a late penalty.

My family of three lived in Arizona for 3 years- we rented in Arizona , and a transfer was coming available with my company in XXXX XXXX Mississippi XXXX We have a home in Alabama that has an FHA loan on it - as that was only loan I could get at the time. I did not think I could get approved for conventional loan on a new home with credit score of XXXX to XXXX and already paying on existing home. My wife and I talked, and decided could n't hurt to try- if we could n't get approved for conventional than we would just rent. So I reached out to quicken loans as we would need to move fast - I explained to lending agent in XXXX XXXX that we wanted to see if we could get pre-approved for conventional loan, I was not interested in FHA loan as I did not want to through away money paying for mortgage insurance that only protects the lender. That if we could get approved for a good interest rate and conventional loan we would do it - otherwise we would just rent. He said the government changed the standards on a conventional loan were as you used to need a credit score of XXXX that was not the case anymore. I told him we would be moving along way, and needed to give current landlord 30 days move out notice -and would need loan approved quickly - he said that 's no problem. He called me back, and said I was pre-approved for conventional loan of {$230000.00} at 4.14 percent but it would require XXXX down - I said I can get the money down no worries- I said so I want to be clear this will be locked in because we will be in a short window - I 'm flying down to Mississippi to work with realtor, and I will be working to buy house with what your telling me - he had me sign some papers and I headed to Mississippi XXXX I worked with realtor saw hundreds of homes then started negotiating with seller of the current home I bought. I flew back to Arizona, and continued to work through realtor to negotiate we told seller that it was a pre-approved loan, it would be conventional so no hassle - and they agreed to are offer price lower than what they wanted based on those two things. Then I get a call from lender agent at quicken loans he tells me great news I have been working with my manager and I can get you loan for 3.95 % and your down payment will be less. I said that is awesome news. When I got new paperwork ( keep in mind we already gave move out notice at current place - he had new tenants that would be moving in - but we still had time to find rental in Mississippi if needed. ) I get new paperwork that says your Hud loan - I stopped picked up phone and said what is this HUD loan stuff? He said it 's an FHA loan - I said I know what it is I have one in Alabama - and I told you that I did not want to go FHA - I would not I did t want to pay the mandatory mortgage insurance premium that only protects lender - I told you and I was specific - I was furious and could hear someone in back ground coaching him. I said who is that - he said my manager who helped get you better interest rate - I said put him on call. He joined and after listening to me rant about being clear on conventional loan only - he apologized for the breakdown on their end - that he was just looking for best rate- and was not told by lending agent that I would only go conventional because I did not want to pay for the mortgage insurance that only protects lender. He said the PMI/ MIP I said yes I 'm not doing that. He said well we can do conventional at 4.34 % interest and you will have to put down around {$22000.00} to {$28000.00} ... ... I said no no no that 's not what I was told ... this is bull - I negotiated for home based on the pre-approval your lending agent told me. After back and forth he said he could remove a point for my lower credit score - so they could do 4.18 % not 4.14 % and they could take off {$7000.00} of down payment required from me. I had put so much in to loan process, and negotiations with seller that I agreed. Then we pack up move have all are stuff in moving trucks staying in a motel in XXXX Mississippi the seller was ready, the realtors were ready, I was ready but quicken loans was delaying needing an employment letter from my company - a company I worked for going on 20 years. I had to jump through so many hoops to get proof of a new work location I would n't be reporting to until after we moved in to home. XXXX stressful ) now the best part when we went to closing and got ready to sign off on loan Quicken loans added the PMI/MIP mortgage insurance that I was VERY clear about. I was so XXXX this was a dirty last minute trick after the already failed shady switch to FHA loan. My family in a motel no home and all the money and time on inspections etc. I Had to cave so I would n't be on street. My plan was to report them just after closure in XXXX XXXX but some health issues have delayed me. So the stuck almost a {$200.00} XXXX mortgage insurance on loan - so I 'm paying for two policy 's and only one protects my intrest. I am beyond mad. This kind of lending practice is deceptive - and in know we should be acceptable. When I contacted quicken loans they said it could come off loan after 11 years, are if I would have put down 20 % the lending agent should have discussed this with me - I never would have pursued home purchase. So we 're did all the money I put down go?

I was approved for XXXX XXXX XXXX grant to assist in mortgage that was in forbearance for a year or more. The timely Grant process was eventually approved and I was greatful for it, however I advised my Mortgage lender that I was approved for the grant prior to extending my mortgage to XXXX years in their loan modification. When the XXXX XXXX grant provider contacted my mortgage lender the lender advised of a modification so the grant was then declined. I am thankful for all the assistance from both ends however I believe my lender acted as me to deny the grant. The modification did allow me to handle my new mortgage payments somewhat without struggling as much by extending my XXXX year left of original XXXX year mortgage to XXXX years. I wanted to make this aware what could potentialy affect someone elses mortgage grant approved only to be denied by Mortgage leinholder. I never advised the XXXX XXXX XXXX that I was no longer needing the assistance and was advised that my mortgage lending company denied the funds for approved assistance. I recieved a email today from the XXXX XXXX XXXX entity stating that application was withdrawn for reason of " Homeowner Cancelled '' and this is not correct. Rocket Mortgage pressed hard for loan modification upon being advised of GranXXXX awarded. I am not totally convinced that the Grant provider has a hand as well since they said I withdrew grant application. I missed a year of payments during COVID forbearance. The XXXX XXXX XXXX entity and mortgage company both can not be listed as entity 's complaining about. There is definite conflict from what I was advised by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and my mortgage lender denying the grant. I attched docs confirming.

XX/XX/2015 I had applied for a loan with several lenders, one being Quicken Loans for money to build a house using land that I currently own and live on. In the course of the conversation I was treated fairly and basically told I had the loan but towards the end of the conversation I mentioned we own some XXXX not really thinking it had any reference. I was then told that the loan is denied as they ( quicken ) do not make loans to XXXX? I explained that we do not make a living from XXXX, we just have more or less a hobby..some XXXX and XXXX.
Is this a legitimate reason for determination : I later received a written letter stating reason was unacceptable property type. My credit is excellent by the way.

My mortgage lender XXXX XXXX had someone drill my locks off my home and place a door lock on there. They damaged my door and basically kicked it in. They claim that I called them on XX/XX/XXXX and asked for them to take over my home. This is a lie! I had a water damage to happen to my home during the winter storm. I filed a claim for the damage and when I tried to speak to my home insurance company XXXX XXXX they told me that they could not discuss my claim on my home in which I paid insurance for out of my escrow, because Rocket Mortgage filed claims on the home and stated my home was in foreclosure. I told them my home is not in foreclosure. Prior to that my home insurance illegally canceled my policy and stated I wasnt covered during the date of the loss. I received letters saying my policy was canceled.My policy was paid for up until XX/XX/24 in which I received my renewal policy. However, XXXX canceled my policy on XX/XX/24 stating I wasnt covered. Therefore saying my damage to my home wasnt covered. I then told them and showed where my house was covered. They apologized and reinstated my policy. However, it should have never been canceled. Now they are telling me I have no say over my home insurance claim because my Mortgage Lender stated in in foreclosure and that is not true. I am delinquent due to COVID 19 forbearance and then not giving me any options to help me seek relief but I am not in foreclosure. Its like they stole my home from me and want the insurance company to pay them ( in which someone showed where a {$15000.00} check was sent to Rocket Mortgage. They are trying to get money off my claim to restore the home so they can fix it up to sale and make profit because I dont see why all this is happening to me. This has caused me severe mental and physical duress. I dont see how a mortgage lender can string arm someones home and the home insurance company allow it to happen without any documentation to support the Mortgage Lenders Claims of foreclosure. I filed a claim with a date of loss on XX/XX/24 and the Lender filed 2 claims on my behalf with a date of loss of XX/XX/24 with out my consent or knowledge.Also while I was in Forbearance they reported me negative to the credit bureaus. This caused me to lose hope in trying to salvage my credit and I became extremely depressed.

I have an existing loan with Quicken/Rocket Mortgage and wanted to refinance to a VA loan with cashback. We began the refinancing process more than a couple of months ago for a VA loan. The loan was suppose to close around the middle of last month but when everything else was submitted and closing date was about to be set, Quicken said that the appraiser ( after the appraiser had been done and sent to me ) could not find appropriate comps to put onto the VA form. They contacted me and tried to offer me a conventional loan and I immediately said NO.
That was weeks ago. I had to go to the expense of getting a wood boring pest inspection for the VA process ( TXXXX is waiting for payment ) per Rocket Mortgage but Rocket Mortgage is saddling me with that bill and they have changed the mortgage to a conventional without my permission.
I have sent repeated e-mails asking for them to change it back to a VA loan and get an e-mail occasionally from one person appealing to others at their company to remedy the situation but there is no response from any of them.
At this point, I would leave Quicken/Rocket but the existing mortgage is still with them and there has been so much of the loan process completed ( again, it was right at closing ).
The current loan continues to be noted as conventional and they are trying to force me to provide documentation to support that loan and trying to force me to sign that the loan type is ok.

I went through Rocket Mortgage to refinance my home loan. I informed them that I had to close In certain amount of time they said it would happen because I had to return to XXXX, XXXX. When it came time to close they rescheduled XXXX different times and acted like I wasnt leaving saying they didnt know. They then had me get a POA for my wife which I paid for and then their legal team said it wouldnt work. Then they scheduled and changed closing about 5 times after they argued with me and my wife saying that the paperwork would get to XXXX in 5 days well its been over XXXX weeks and they keep changing my pay out and interest rates and have already cost me money trying to get through this whole process I just feel they are incompetent and have know idea how to do things for a military member or Veteran.

In 2016 quicken loans under one reverse mortage made me take this mortage so they could make money. I was not in my right mind at the time due to other issues bothering me. They too complete advance of me. There so-called counseling phone call was rediculious. Then they scammed me to charge me for lots of fees tobepaid from the small amount of money I received. Such as termite inspection and treatment, appraisal fees and insurance and more so I only got XXXX dollars for a pd for 4br 2 bath home on a large lot fully landccaped. I feel totally injured. This has ruined my life and now my XXXX sons will suffer as well as I have nothing to leave them. I've workmen most 2 jobs since 14 years old. My house was pd in full because that was my largest dream. I pd it in 20 yrs, only to have this company steal it from me. I have tried to offer them way less money but they will not even consider that. Now the house need a so much work than it is not work doing even if I could. I'm XXXX soon and this is so gut wrenching for me and my kids. I know you can't or won't do anything about it. All govt. Is doing is throwing money away to parents who are vacationing on their child tax credit money. XXXX.

Mortgage includes escrow account. Rocket mortgage has refused to pay the taxes on the property that includes the home section of the loan. I have contacted the company several times. They say they have " researched '' the loan documents and this parcel is not included with the loan. They are incorrect. Rocket mortgage has been very difficult to deal with since the inception of this loan. Their paperwork is riddled with errors and rather than do their own research, expect me to gather all of the information and upload it to them. In XXXX, for instance, they tried to charge me for additional insurance because their date of insurance coverage was incorrect in their system. I gathered the pertinent information and sent it in. These documents should have been in their system already. Same thing with the taxes on the property. we quit claim deeded a 2 acre plot from within the property boundaries to our son ( its a house on the property ). Because of this slight change, rocket mortgage will not do their job and check to see that this property is in the original property purchased. I have all documents to back up the problems i have had with Rocket Mortgage.

After applying for refinancing of a mortgage, Quicken Mortgage provided information showing 40 collections, 20 legal collections, 2 recent delinquent reports and 13 delinquent accounts that seriously affect my credit record. I have no idea who is submitting this information to the credit agencies because it is the first time I have seen such. I am requesting information on who is providing this information for the credit agencies so I can have my attorney take necessary actions to repair my credit reports.

We have been dealing with quicken Loans for the past 90 days and had a terrible experience. Back in XXXX we started the process to transition our construction loan. They told us they need XXXX 45 days. Our originally closing date was XXXX XXXX. We were going back and forth. Every week since XXXX we were told we would be closing within the week every time we called them. Never were told if any issues. Finally in the middle of XXXX after My husband had called them every day we were told about an issue with XXXX of our construction loans being unsecured. I spoke with the bank that handle our construction loan and we had that small loan changed to a personal loan so we could get our mortgage closed. It was costing us {$33.00} a day in interest and all we wanted to do was close because we were told we would be closed by XXXX originally. We continued on for several weeks almost every Monday we were told we would be closing by that Friday or Saturday. One week ago I was very frustrated and posted a comment on XXXX about how it had been 80 days and it is unexceptable. My husband and I have good credit, good income and they told us it would be a quick and easy process. We had people from the corporate calling us that Saturday trying to get the loan straightened out.Monday we had a XXXX call us telling us we were getting {$5000.00} credit and {$500.00} back in cash because how quickens handled the loan. Thursday morning The vice president of the bank we have our construction loan through and my husband XXXX way quickens because of all the miscommunications and delays. The interest rate expired several times throughout the process and i asked everytime because the interest rate expired we should get a better rate because this was not our fault and they kept giving me the same interest rate saying there was nothing they could do and they tacked on several fees i would have put more documents in the upload section but quicken loans deleted several of them they were trying to charge us XXXX for the appraisel wich is unheard of a long with several other fees but they have been removed i 'm sure they still have documentation of this.The vice president of this bank really stood up for us and told them how unorganized this process has been. After they all disconnected the call quickens called my husband and told him they could not continue because our construction loan expired XXXX XXXX. Quickens has known it was expired for two months. Now we are paying {$6100.00} in interest fees to extend our construction loan and met with an attorney about recouping our losses.

While XXXX on military duty. Quicken Loans reported we did not pay our mortgage. This is not true. We proved the auto payment was made. We have disputed over and over. Finally we gave up and in exchange for an agreement by Quicken Loans representatives to remove the 30 day reporting we paid again. After one month negative info returned. We paid another additional payment and again the incorrect information returned. What s so frustrating is even if this was true we missed one payment. But it 's reported as 30 days every month we were disputing. So instead of XXXX 30 day late we have XXXX even though every month there was a payment received. It 's immoral that any organization can be completely unregulated with unlimited power to destroy lives. Lies over and over. Our lives destroyed. 30 years of faithful service to this nation. We have no rights. We want this information removed now. I 've filed a congressional. We will never stop fighting these despicable horrible people. When we allow banks the power to destroy soldiers while out the country we prove what kind of people we really are. XXXX XXXX

The deed recorded on the XXXX of XX/XX/2022 with XXXX XXXX in Arizona.
I had payed XXXX note. I stared receiving Emails and letters from Rocket mortgage. I spoke with them on the phone and via email regarding home insurance and XXXX monthly payment. On a home that was sold and keys where given to the new owner.
on the XXXX XX/XX/2022 my Credit monitoring showed that my score dropped significantly and I had a missed payment. I have all closing docs and viewed deed via XXXX XXXX web site. I also spoke with title.

I spoke with a gentleman who is a lender for Rocket Mortgage.
I explained my auto him and after speaking he advised me to wait a few more months before applying for a mortgage.
I never authorized a hard pull on my credit by Rocket Mortgage at that time and they pulled it anyways after advising me not to apply and sent me a denial letter for a mortgage I never applied for.
They told me there was nothing they could do to reverse a hard pull and did not care at all that this affected my credit score.
Ive also had unauthorized hard pulls from an auto finance company.

In XX/XX/XXXX I apply for a refinance loan with Rocket Loan ( Quicken Loan ). I spoke to XXXX XXXX who was my loan officer. While going thru the process, I inquired about A previous loan with Quicken Loan. XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX which I applied for around XXXX. I explain that I had gone thru the process with him and was denied that loan because of the appraisal. In XXXX I was approve of a construction loan of {$140000.00} with XXXX XXXX XXXX and my appraisal was {$160000.00}. I explain to XXXX XXXX that I had a bad experience with XXXX XXXX loan process where the appraisal was {$120000.00}, which caused my loan to be denied, and I lost the {$500.00} appraisal fee. She ( XXXX XXXX ) asked for the loan number that I had which was # XXXX. XXXX entered it in the system and that number was invalid. I was in disbelieve and realize then that I was a victim of predatory lending servicing discrimination. Because of this appraisal my property value has been into question. This has hinder me from getting a home loan also. I feel this is one of the factors that prevent me from creating wealth for myself. This has been a traumatic experience.

I completed an application for a HELOC loan through XXXX XXXX and spoke with a rep name XXXX. He stated that I was approved and that they will need to get an appraisal of the property to determine the value. He he pull my credit and also stated that my score was a XXXX and if I could get a XXXX that they could provide a 80 % loan.
XXXX called back the next week stating that he wasnt licensed for Mississippi and he was going to get someone who was.
Then I received a called from XXXX XXXX stating that he was a XXXX XXXX rep and was going to be taking care of the file. XXXX then pull my credit again ( twice in 1 week with the same company ) and said I was not approved do to low credit score. The inquiry states XXXXXXXX/rocket mortgage. I did not knowingly speak to anyone from rocket mortgage and did not authorize a 2nd credit pull from the same company in 1 week.
I received a letter in the mail stating that the reason for denial was because of insufficient collateral. This is not what was stated to me because no appraisal was performed to calculate the equity, which I have {$120000.00} of appraisal equity.
Due to XXXX XXXX inaccuracy of performance of my file, please delete this inquiry. There were misleading and incorrect information giving to me from the reps such as credit being pulled twice in a week from the same company, and XXXX XXXX 2nd rep ) being a rocket mortgage agent and I was told that credit was being pulled 1 time only and the original representative was not licensed in my state to handle my file.
Lastly, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX then saying I was denied due to value or type of collateral not sufficient. Although, we never got to to the appraisal process to determine the value.
Inquiries : XXXX XXXXRocket Mortgage XX/XX/XXXX2023 ( unauthorized credit pull from an unknown company ) This inquiry is for the same loan when my credit was pull on the XX/XX/XXXX/2023. I did not apply with Rocket Mortgage at any time. Please remove XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX2023 ( Please remove due the the representative XXXX not being licensed for my state to perform a mortgage ) They are responsible for my credit to be pulled twice in a one week time period.
Please remove I am requesting that the following inaccurate items be immediately investigated.
Please delete this misleading information in order to show my true credit history.
