I requested to validate the alleged debt on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX via registered mail. The letter requested a breakdown of fees including collection costs and medical charges, a copy of my signature with the provider of the service to release my medical information, a copy of my signature with the provider of the service accepting the responsibility of the costs associated with the services provided, and to cease any credit reporting until the debt has been validated by me. Revenue Assurance Professionals received the registered letter on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. It has been well over the 30 days allotted to respond to my request and I have not received any validation of this debt that is being reported on my credit report. Therefore, Revenue Assurance is illegally reporting a invalid debt.

I have sent a tota l of 4 req uest for verification letters to Revenue Assurance o r Consolidated Recovery Systems. After filing a CFPB complaint a few weeks ago I finally received a response back from the agency explaining that they were sending mail to XXXX XXXX instead of XXXX , although my correct address was typed on all four le tters and written on every envelope. Furthermore, I called to give the correct address and requested that they print out the documentation on Wednesday and I would pick it up. However, I was unable to pick it up and they mailed it to me and I received it yesterday, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . The " verification '' is a one s heet document outlining services and fees incurred with XXXX XXXX , a name that I have not used since XXXX before I was married and my previous address. However, it did not include any other identifying information. I attached documentation that I received from Revenue Assurance or Consolidated Recovery Systems verifying that the documentation I received does not meet the requirements to validate the accused debt. This debt has been removed from all other credit reporting agencies because the debt could not be validated.

After comparing a credit report pulled for a mortgage with my XXXX XXXX account I noticed that there are XXXX different names reporting the same amount. So I then compared the account numbers are they also were the same. Finally, I check the Date of Last Activity ( XXXX ) on my credit report and the dates are either not there or at least a year old and listed as reported or opened this year or last year. I believe that this agency and other agencies on my credit report are selling the alleged debts and changing the dates. XXXX has also reported this same debt.

My credit have been drastically affected by a debt that I am not responsible for. Received a letter XX/XX/XXXX stating I had a balance. In XX/XX/XXXX I notified them of a court order where I was only responsible for 50 percent of the kids medical bills and any bills occurred during marriage They still continued to contact me constantly. I was never notified of pending balance before collections. I requested validation and they sent another bill and failed to follow FDCPA laws I paid over half of the bill to XXXX which I was not responsible for while waiting validation. XX/XX/XXXX I received another collection bill addressed now to my ex husband who is responsible and I sent info on how o contact him for this bill he is responsible for. This is now unfair harassment, failure to follow court order, failure to follow FDCPA.
