Complaint What Happened Per review of my credit report recently, i happened on a discretion. It stated " Paid Collection '' but i never was a collection account. This account never went legal. And i paid it all the way out shortly after. So, the account should not appear as a " Paid Collection '' I would like this thoroughly looked into and not just pushed to the side.

Complaint What Happened I have applied for loan through first heritage credit and have not heard from them about my application. I have not received any letter in the mail for denial or approval. I am sure I have been denied but I am legally entitled to an adverse action letter. I havent received anything. My credit has been checked by them as I can see it listed as an inquire on my credit report. I have called a couple times to a couple different branches and I havent been able to get any information about anything. This is not the proper or legal way to do business. I applied for a personal loan on XX/XX/XXXX and now it is XX/XX/XXXX and I haven yet to get any kind of answer as to what happened or to get a letter in the mail.

Complaint What Happened At approximately XXXX XXXX on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX I was at my place of busines which was not open for business and the manager at 1st heritage Credit ( XXXX ) he knocked on the door and my manager let him in he introduced himself to her as a welcome to the neighborhood and then walked past her to me and began to collect on my account. I informed him that I did not think this was legal coming into my place of business and he said it was and that he wanted to make payment arrangements or he would take me to court I advised him that I am filing bankruptcy and my attorney would contact him and he continued to collect and urged me to continue to pay outside of my bankruptcy. He did not ask me to verify who I was all he did was call me by my first name and I responded. He continued to collect in front of my peers as well as a passer by who stopped in the office. After multiple attempts of me telling him to please go though my lawyer he finally left. My business was discussed in front of many people. It was both unprofessional and embarrassing. I also believe this is close to harassment. I specifically asked if this was legal, as I know it is not, and he continued to berade me in front of my peers.

Complaint What Happened I had spoke with three different people at the 1st heritage credit location in XXXX MS we had agreed to make a one time payment of and work out the rest.. Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/2018 I received a call from 1st heritage asking if I wanted to take out another loan. I told the representative no if it was going to report as an hard inquiry, she said no its going to report as a soft inquiry its not going to effect your credit at all. I had been receiving calls during the previous weeks as well and I was declining the offer. So after the call was done I had an alert saying that it was a hard inquiry on my report. I contacted the company explaining that it was a hard inquiry instead of a soft likebshe inquired. I spoke with the manager XXXX because she overheard the whole conversation where the representative said it would be a soft inquiry. I have been waiting since XX/XX/XXXX the day it occurred for the issue to be fixed and it still hasnt been removed. I followed up on XX/XX/2018 to see how the process was going cause I hadnt heard from the company in weeks. I was just contacted by the company this morning XX/XX/2018 telling me to dispute it but the information I was giving was wrong. I contacted transunion I was told to get a letter of deletion from the company. I contacted the company to let them know exactly what I was told about the letter of deletion. I just want the hard inquiry removed because I was given false information from the representative and not only did she tell me wrong information the manager heard her as well. I dont understood how this process hasnt been resolved if she heard exactly what the representative told me. Please remove this hard inquiry from my report.

Complaint What Happened I received a loan for $ XXXX {$800.00} from 1st heritage credit and was signed up for extra stuff I didn't want or need. I inquired about paying the loan off early as to avoid some the interest and was told it wouldn't do any good. I was going to have to payback {$900.00} over what I borrow. At first I was told I couldn't cancel some insurance they tricked me into. Then I was told I could but it wouldn't really do any good. I don't believe it is fair borrowing a little over {$700.00} and having to pay back over {$1600.00} regardless of early pay off.
