Narrative THE EE HAD COMPLETED ADDING 80 DEGREE C WATER TO A SMALL MIX TANK. HE THEN SHUT THE WATER TO THE HOSE OFF. AFTER ADDING THE WATER, HE DRAPPED THE HOSE INTO THE MIX TANK. THE HOSE FLIPPED OUT O F THE TANK AN SPLASHED HOT WATER ONTO HIS LEFT ELBOW.
