(a) Plant Jack Watson - On or about December 10, 2013 at least 3 employees that received medical treatment beyond first aid were not included on the OSHA 300 Log. Another employee was recorded on the OSHA 300 Log as receiving restricted work activity. This employee lost workdays were not recorded on the OSHA 300 log. At least 4 employees were working restricted work activity were not included on the OSHA 300 Log. |
