SN Servicing advised on Saturday that they will submit to the investors a 12 month plan of {$3300.00} which would resolve the loan problem I even advised I already had the money for the last payment she advised and she said its not even that much of a difference so we both agreed on the amount to pay next month I only got behind on my mortgage due to the XXXX of both of my parents my father died and I had to bury my father she advised it will take a week but she called me Saturday morning and then immediately called me Monday morning not even giving me the time to be considered for a 12 month payment arrangement I have been paying this mortgage for XXXX years and nothing was taken into consideration it was a quick demand of XXXX payments when I have been financially overwhelmed due to the burial of my father and the XXXX of my mother. I advised my mortgage company of this and they said they would work with me only to find out this was not so now they advised they wont take the payment arrangement and demand XXXX payments when I am already financially overwhelmed due to the burial of my father and XXXX of my mother the company never took any of this into consideration and demanded money I dont have money I cant get money that If I had it they would have been had it I would have never agreed to payment arrangement if I had XXXX payments it makes and get account current in 6 months cutting the agreement in half I can not pay this this has created financial hardship to me when I am already overwhelmed

I received approval from XXXX XXXX ( Government Program ) to get Covid funds to bring my mortgage current. They have not responded to the original request in XX/XX/year>.
Could you ask them what is taking so long for their response to XXXX XXXX. This is a very stressful process and I need to know what is going on. I am a senior with {$25000.00} left on my mortgage again somebody need to look into this mortgage company.

Per my last submission on this website this company is still refusing to work with me. I just received {$1600.00} back today of which I mail this month. No mention of the insurance request that I have asked for on XXXX occasions.

XX/XX/XXXX Once again, I am trying to work with SN Servicing Corporation. This is hard because SN Mortgage Corporation is only interested in foreclosure on properties. The XXXX reviews are so bad SN has stopped trying to work with customers through this agency. Now XXXX says : Alerts. This companys legal department has informed the XXXX that they will not respond to complaints through website. All complaints regarding loans will need to be sent to SN Serving Corporation. Why not. What are they hiding?
XX/XX/XXXX. Mailed Certified {$700.00} postal money order and first request for escrow account adjustment and copy of forced insurance. Did not receive a statement for XX/XX/XXXX. Was not aware it was due. I thought as long as I had not heard anything from counselor, both still working on funds from covid hardship relief program.
XXXX, XXXX. I was unable to make a payment. Still did not get escrow account adjustment or copy of forced insurance.
XX/XX/XXXX. Mailed Certified {$800.00} cashier check and second letter requesting escrow account be adjusted and deducted from principal owed and copy of forced place insurance again never received a copy.
XX/XX/XXXX ( today ) Mailed Certified ( 2 ) {$800.00} cashier checks. One is the XXXX payment mailed back to me. Your statement received on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX indicated that the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE IS {$2600.00}. Enclosed is {$1600.00} leaving a balance of {$1000.00} Past due. I will continue to make {$800.00} or more payments until the account is current. No copy of insurance and no escrow adjustments.
Finally : I have lived in this house for XXXX years. I am a XXXX. I can pay my mortgage on the XXXX Wednesday of each month. Because that is when I get my Social Security. My counselor did not think it was going to be a problem.
I am forwarding this information to other government agencies. I am requesting information and asking for a XXXX XXXX XXXX along with other options. Something is wrong with the way this company do business. They hold their customers accountable but does the Federal Government hold them accountable?

The original company XXXX XXXX sold us a house. Later the loan was sent over to SN Servicing. A couple years after buying the house when we went to file exempt from paying taxes, we found out we did not own the house. We also found out SN Servicing bought the house. They first told us we were leasing the house. When I asked about paying a mortgage and signing so many papers then they said its a Land Contract. The contract we signed was fixed rate mortgage and the mortgage keeps going up. She said its because of escrow and escrow has nothing to do with mortgage. Either way, we are both exempt from paying taxes. They said the only way we would ever own this house is to refinance or to pay it off. I'm not even sure if the paperwork they sent me is the original that I signed. We were not given a copy on the day we signed.
