Complaint What Happened I had a huge credit score change ( XXXX ) recently due to a open derogatory account which was claimed by XXXX ( XXXX ). It is a collection agency who claims to represent the original lender - XXXX ( XXXX PUBLIC SERVICE ELECTRIC GAS ) and amount is {$55.00}. I believe it is a false debt as the following reasons : XXXX. Wrong account number Ending with XXXX is the account # in the derogatory account details. XXXX was my account number with XXXX. Please see the attached file XXXX. PSEG_Account info and billing status. 2. No balance with XXXX As the attached XXXX account information and billing status, I have no balance with XX/XX/XXXX. I had a automatic transfer from my bank 's checking account to XXXX for the electric bills. XX/XX/2015 was the last payment before moving. 3. Moved to XXXX in XX/XX/2015 I cut the service from XXXX in XX/XX/2015 since I was reallocated to XXXX in XX/XX/2015. Please see the attached file XXXX. XXXX power_account info and payment history. Please note that all electric utility bills have been wired automatically from my bank 's checking account every month. There is no reason I have a balance with XXXX and a collection from them.

Complaint What Happened Mercantile adjustment bureau account XXXX is trying to collect a debt from me I sent them a letter XXXX for the original purchase agreement to show that they can legally collect this alleged debt proof that the debt was assigned or a receipt between them and XXXX XXXX XXXX .Mercantile adjustment retail is the creditor report inaccurate information on my credit report they should have signed documentation between me and them.so if they cant provide me with these documentation l ask them to delete this account immediately as am a victim of identity theft as this account is hurting my credit rating.l have no account with Mercantile adjustment bureau or ever had one with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXBut if I did have a account with XXXX XXXX XXXX not saying I do I never gave them permission to sale the debt to Mercantile adjustment bureau . Mercantile adjustment bureau have 15 days to provide me the documentation I ask for if not I will file a lawsuit against them for damages and defamation of character l never got a notice or anything in the mail.

Complaint What Happened I paid a collection off on XX/XX/2021 for XXXX in the agreement if I paid in full I would receive an email stating I paid as well as get it off my report from reliant energy collection. I never received anything after calling again was given a confirmation number that was for someone else account. Was then told again I would recieved a verification that debit was paid and still nothing
