(i) R & D Spray Area - On or about January 27, 2016 electrical receptacles, electrical panels on the outside of the paint booth, bench grinder and battery chargers on work table within 20 feet of the spray area were not explosion proof. (ii) Lamination Small Parts - On or about January 27, 2016 electrical panels, electrical disconnects and exhaust fan on the wall between the ventilation systems were within 20 feet of the spray area and were not explosion proof. (ii) Lamination Molding Paint Booths - On or about January 27, 2016 fluorescent light fixtures and wiring were not explosion proof.
