Points to which personal fall arrest systems are attached must meet the anchorage requirements in subpart M of this part. (a) Jobsite - On or about June 18, 2014 employee worked from a scissor lift suspended by a Lima 990T truck mounted boom crane. The work platform was not enclosed from the toeboard to the mid-rail.
