Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. (a) Chicken Farm - On or about October 31, 2013 OSHA's inspection determined an employee was injured at work on June 14, 2013 resulting in 32 days of work restriction. This case was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log of injuries and illnesses. |
