I had about 7 medical bills all with the same company for testing. After disputing some of the charges they were sent to a company called Professional Credit Management which a debt collector out of XXXX, Arkansas. I contacted this creditor on numerous occasions. I was told by several representatives that my paid accounts would be removed from my credit report but they would not remove them until they were all paid in full. Well I have paid ever single account. When I noticed the accounts were not being removed from my credit reports I contacted PCM via phone and mail. I was told that by a female representative that they would not be removing my paid accounts. When I advised her that I was told they would be removed she said the person was new and did not understand how PCM does business. The representative refused to provide me her name or reference number. She then called me a " XXXX '' and told me to " pay my XXXX bills on time next time. '' When I tried to call back to speak with a manager, PCM blocked my phone number and will not accept a call from me. When I call from another number and I tell them who I am, they place me on hold without ever picking back up. I am asking for help. I am a consumer that has been taken advantage of and treated poorly. I can provide proof of payment on all accounts and also a copy of the letter that I received from PCM in reference to deleting paid accounts.

I requested to validate the alleged debt on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 via registered mail. The letter requested a breakdown of fees including collection costs and medical charges, a copy of my signature with the provider of the service to release my medical information, a copy of my signature with the provider of the service accepting the responsibility of the costs associated with the services provided, and to cease any credit reporting until the debt has been validated by me. Professional Credit Management r eceived the registered letter on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 . It has been well over the 30 days allotted to respond to my request and I have not received any validation of this debt that is being reported on my credit report. Therefo re, Professional Credit Management is il legally reporting an invalid debt.

I contacted the reporting agencies and advised that I was unware of this debt, did not receive any prior communication from the collection agency, and lastly, I have full coverage medical insurance through the State of TN for the last 26 years. Sometime in 2016, I was involved in a vehicular accident. After about two days later, my XXXX had a XXXX XXXX XXXX and my XXXX XXXX XXXX, my wife cautioned that I should get an XXXX on my XXXX XXXX and XXXX. During this time, I was still going to work as usual. I had to research where would be a good medical institution to get XXXX, since most places would be closed when I get off from work.
I looked up the cost for XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX at the XXXX XXXX hospital website : ( XXXX - {$250.00} ) & XXXX ( {$350.00} ). After work I went to XXXX and explained to the Doctor on duty that I only have my car insurance and would like to know the cost before accepting any XXXX. She said that everything should be {$1.00}, XXXX and no more. I then agreed to sign the medical forms. I was given two XXXX, one to my XXXX and another to one of my XXXX. And was sent away after the Doctor said everything looks good. My car insurance at the time - XXXX XXXX, paid XXXX {$5000.00} which was the maximum medical payout on the car insurance. To my surprise, they sent me a bill for some XXXX XXXX XXXX more to be paid. I wrote them a letter concerning all those made up charges on my bill. Now they have on my Credit Report that I owed some {$340.00}. I am disputing this as fraud since the bill had been paid by my car insurance.

on XXXX this company put a medical bill on my credit report but with the wrong address and i have tried talking with them to remove this from my credit reports, they went in and they are using a loophole to get this done by using a company name ( professional credit management ) .this is not fair according to the ftc . but they still said its for the imaging center that was for XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX. I been at my home here since XX/XX/XXXX and they said that they tried calling me and i did not answer calls, then they said they sent it to another address that was not associated with me.I need some help please upon removing this from my credit reports because I supposed to be closing on my home in may. I have paid this XXXX $ but its the hardship behind all of this illegal loophole that they have done.

After waiting over 180 days for a response, they send a template response back that I should wait LONGER. This is unacceptable. The FCRA gives them 30 DAYS. They have taken over 90 ; this is a violation and they are required to remove all of the accounts that they have failed to investigate. There is no way that the FCRA should be ignored and I have to suffer, especially during a time when credit is needed for employment, dwelling, insurance, and more. There is too much going on right now to request a consumer to wait EVEN LONGER than federally mandated. The FCRA was created for a reason. They are to follow it. Every item should be removed
