I have not received the formal letters nor 30 day notice letter. I called them and spoke with supervisor on the day I received my first letter stating they would garnish my checks from my current jobs. He stated the informed me about this through mail. I asked for address on file and not was one I Have never stayed at. I asked him the schools I went to had my mom address and mine at least they would of gave u the right address. He apologized and insured me he would stop garnishing process and submit the paper for it. He said it would only stop for 30 days and to call back and speak with rep to set up payment plans. He took my current address and said letters would go out. I still have not received any letters but they have taken my tax refund without notice to. They are garnishing my checks and took my refund I can not even afford to live right now that Im being forced to file bankruptcy all because of a company being very underhanding and withholding arrangements for me to be able to pay.
