I got out of work last XXXX and got behind on the payments, I have since gone back to work and I am trying to get the loan caught up but they will not offer me any kind of assistance and have started to call me every 5 or 10 miuntes every day and have now started to harass my husband and family every few milnutes. its either XXXX or XXXX calling demanding a payment right then. I offered to let them know when I could get a payment in but was told I need to do it right now. Im really trying hard but I can do only so much and I do have other bills to pay also and trying to kwwp my house out of foreclosure.

I abtain a loan from this company United Credit back in XX/XX/XXXX My home burned down and I lost my job in XX/XX/XXXX so I wasn't able to pay back the loan so they charged it off as bad debt so fast foward to XXXX XXXX I received my anually credit report and noticed United Credit has been pulling a hard inquire of my credit for the past year and something every two month they have pulled it starting XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX,, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX they are trying to ruin my credit I did not arthorize them to pull my credit this is illegal!! I have not heard or spoken to United Credit since XX/XX/XXXX this is not right and is against the law!!
