Complaint What Happened	I received a alert that my credit was pulled for a installment loan. I havent applied for a loan so I called them. I provided my info and she stated it was in regards to a home my ex husband and I purchased in XXXX. I have been divorced from him since XXXX and I also filed bankruptcy which was discharged in XXXX that includes the house. I advised that I didnt authorize them to check my credit and I had never even heard of the company before. She stated something about them trying to collect a debt. I asked for it to be removed from my report because I didnt tell them they could run my credit for a home I havent had since XXXX and again was discharged on my bankruptcy. I was placed on hold then hung up on.
