Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Lot 1 - On or about January 9, 2014 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof 38 feet 3 inches above the ground with no guardrail system, personal fall arrest system or safety net system.
