Employees were not protected by guards or barriers around the tracks and cam followers. (b) Lay Down Lines - On or about May 1, 2012 employees were exposed to nip and shear hazards while working under an inclined wood slat conveyor. Employees were not protected by guards or barriers around the conveyor. |
