The employer did not post and maintain proper warning signs where such a circuit exists. The employer did not advise employees of the location of such lines, the hazards involved, and the protective measures to be taken. (a) Job Site - On or about October 1, 2015 the employer did not locate or identified electrical hazards to employees that were breaking joints and involved in demolition activities while working around energized electrical power circuits.
