The certification shall identify the equipment that passed the test and the date it was tested and shall be made available upon request to the Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health and to employees or their authorized representatives. (a) Job Site - On or about October 2, 2015 the employer did not certify that the low voltage gloves given to employees to protect themselves from the hazards of electrical shock were periodically tested. |

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): Before work is begun the employer did not ascertain by inquiry or direct observation, or by instruments, whether any part of an energized electric power circuit, exposed or concealed, is so located that the performance of the work may bring any person, tool, or machine into physical or electrical contact with the electric power circuit. The employer did not post and maintain proper warning signs where such a circuit exists. The employer did not advise employees of the location of such lines, the hazards involved, and the protective measures to be taken. (a) Job Site - On or about October 1, 2015 the employer did not locate or identified electrical hazards to employees that were breaking joints and involved in demolition activities while working around energized electrical power circuits. |
