I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on credit card.
XXXX/TOTAL CRD I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report.

Total Card XXXX called me three times in one day regarding a payment I had already made. On the last call, the agent acknowledged the payment but refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing with the multiple calls, instead saying it was my fault for not picking up the phone. Typical super rude customer service from a sub-prime financial institution that would have the consumer believe they have no options.

My wife " had '' A total XXXX XXXX. I was a user on her account. It was closed out for non payment. We started working on our credit. I was approved for a total XXXX card with my wife as a user. The card is 5 or 6 months old. XXXX charge on card each month. 300.00 limit. I pay 40 or 50 monthly yet my available credit never goes down. I am never given full use if the card. My wife believes they are taking our payments and applying them to her old credit card charges that have been charged off and the card sold to a debt collector. The company will no longer acknowledge my wife as a user on this account, they won't give me access to my statements online or via phone. I Believe we are being fraudulently used by the credit card company. And they refuse to remove my wife 's information with me as a user on her old card.
