Complaint What Happened	Dates are as the following : I received a Writ of Garnishment XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted the Wilkinson Attorneys at Law at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MS XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in writing to request the garnishment be ceased. The company XXXX XXXX was paid in XXXX. Wilkinson Attorneys at Law never wrote back. I received a hard credit inquiry on XX/XX/XXXX from the company XXXX XXXX located in XXXX, XXXX . I spoke with XXXX at XXXX XXXX at XXXX. on XX/XX/XXXX he stated, he bought the debt from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX charged off the debt on XX/XX/XXXX. I was never notified of this debt and wrote the company to advise that I was never informed. They never responded. I wrote to the County Court of XXXX County, Second Judicial District on XX/XX/XXXX. They wrote me back stating they did not receive any other court filings other than the original dated XX/XX/XXXX. Due to the above mentioned I am filing a complaint being Wilkinson Attorneys at Law ( representing XXXX XXXX never responded in writing within 30 days ).
