My Mother had a reverse mortgage with Champion Mortgage. I have always had difficulties getting any response or cooperation with any person in a management position in this company. After her death the heirs followed all the procedures as instructed by Champion Mortgage. We sold the house and was charged a XXXX attorney fee because they said the house was in foreclosure never were we informed that it was at anytime in foreclosure.
In XXXX we received a mortgage refund made payable to XXXX XXXX XXXX Estate. I notified them that there was no Estate. I was told to return the check along with signed statements from each of the Legal Heirs stating that they were giving permission for the refund check be made payable to me, XXXX XXXX.
I returned the check along with the required statements via the United States Postal Service. These documents were sent certified mail with a return receipt. I have received my copy of the return receipt that was signed on XXXX XXXX 2015. The Representatives at Champion Mortgage are saying now that they received the check and documents but can not find them. Phone conversations about this matter are now resulting in more lies, broken promises and unreturned phone calls. I still have been unable to speak to a supervisor or any XXXX in a management position. We need this matter resolved asap and the refund due to the legal heirs sent to them. Thank You XXXX XXXX XXXX

They took false information from bank of am, whom I paid more than {$27000.00} in the past 4 years, never behind and payments went to their bank of am ch XXXX department FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX. MISAPPLIED FUNDS, FALSE BILLING STATEMTNS, HARRASSMENT, THREATEN FORECLOSURE NOTICES IN XXXX 2015 THROUGH XXXX 2015.

My home loan was transferred XX/XX/XXXX .I did not receive any written notice from the new mortgage serviced XX/XX/XXXX. After several calls in XXXX and early XXXX, I finally got an agent to give me my new account number. On XX/XX/XXXX, I witnessed a gentlemen opening my mailbox.I immediately asked him why was in my mailbox .The gentlemen refused to identify himself and stated " the bank '' sent him to see if the home was vacant and the property was in foreclosure. I informed him my home was not in foreclosure and to please leave my property, he refused to leave sitting in his car and I called the police to ask him to leave.The following day, I contacted the new servicer and spoke to XXXX agents, all of which stated they did not send this gentlemen to my home ( who refused to give his name or company he was representing ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I arrived home and there was a XXXX XXXX in my driveway with XXXX gentlemen, sitting inside.I parked in front of my home and called the police.The gentlemen when question by the police said they were from the mortagage company, again not identifying themselves.The following day, I called the servicer back and was told again, my loan was not in default or foreclosure.The agent on this call state he would send a letter to the company 's perservtion dept, also informing me I probably would not get a call back. On XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to speak to someone that could explain to me what the stars of my loan and why were individuals coming to my home. XX/XX/XXXX, I was informed by an agent that a XXXX party inspector was sent to inspect my property XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and the inspector sent out in XXXX stated my property to be vacant ( despite payments being made, well manicured lawn, and very apparent to be lived in. I finally started receiving monthly statements ( after XXXX request ) and saw additional charges on my statement.Again, after numerous calls for clarfication of these charges and still unanswered questions. XX/XX/XXXX, I mail a letter via usps for answers. I received a response from the servicer a little after 30 days stating my loan was and never be in default or foreclosure with them. XX/XX/XXXX, I found out my electric bill account was " finaled out '', I cleared that situation up. On XX/XX/XXXX my gas was cut off and my account " finaled out '', I was informed by a gas representative that someone from my mortagage company attempted to get the gas in the mortagage company name. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from my homeowner insurance company stating, my homeowner policy would not be renewed in XX/XX/XXXX because my home has been documented as vacant. Again when I call the servicer to find out what is going on, I 'm being told they did not make any of these calls to the utility companies or my insurance company.

In 2015, I was approved to purchase a house. I never made this purchase. In XXXX of 2015, I decided to contact my current mortgage holder in regards to refinancing. I spoke with XXXX of Nationstar mtg. I was told it would n't be a problem and passed along to the closing coordinator XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A couple weeks later I was contacted by the closing coordinator and told that we would be closing at the end of the month. I then asked the closing coordinator if I needed to continue making my mortgage payment, and she stated that there was no need to continue making payments and depending on exactly what day we closed I could possibly have two to three months before the first mortgage payment would be due on the new loan. I was eventually contacted by XXXX and asked why have I not made my mortgage payment. I explained to her the conversation that I had with XXXX XXXX, to which XXXX responded that this would probably keep me from getting the loan and that XXXX XXXX must be new and did not know any better. Since that conversation I have tried contacting XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and I can not get them to answer the phone and they will not call me back. Now I have tried to get reapproved to purchase another house and I can not get approved due to the current late payments on my credit report.

In XXXX of XXXX my Mother passed away suddenly. She and I had been living in a house which was in her name since XXXX. She left me this house in her Will, which I immediately had to get an attorney to go to probate court to get the house put in my name. This did n't fully happen until XXXX of XXXX. I paid the house note by myself up until XXXX of XXXX. I tried to catch it up in XXXX of XXXX, but my payments were returned to me by Nationstar Bank. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my loan to Nationstar in XXXX of XXXX, and they said I was missing a payment then, but I told them I made the payment, they just lost it. ) They hounded me and hounded me from XXXX XXXX until XXXX XXXX. This is when they sent me a letter stating they were going to foreclose on me if I did n't come up with like {$18000.00} for two months notes and fees, etc. There was no way I could do this. I tried several avenues to try to get the house refinanced and all of them fell through. My credit was n't good enough. I filed bankruptcy Chapter XXXX in XXXX hoping this would help me be able to get back on track with my mortgage payments, but Nationstar refused to work with me. I began getting threatening letters from them stating they had attorney 's who would be foreclosing on me. Finally in XXXX of XXXX I got a letter from them stating they would be putting the sale of my house in the paper three days in XXXX. I panicked and found an attorney who would help me put a stop to this. So he filed Chapter XXXX which put a stop to the sale of the house the day before. However, the house then went to the hands of the Trustee 's office for me to begin making payments to them for the house, my car and arrearages on the house. This is totalling {$1900.00} per month just to keep my house and my car. I only bring home {$2600.00}. I do n't know what to do anymore. If I cancel the bankruptcy then I lose the house and car, if I continue on with these payments ( which they are garnishing my check for ) I wo n't ever have any money for other things. I 'm between a rock and a hard place. I do n't which way to turn.

My mortgage was sold to Nationstar several years ago. I have had nothing but problems with them since. My husband and I have only social security as income. We live on a tight budget and emergencies can cause big problems. Got behind on payments and did a modification and was paying on time and early until we had a problem and got behind. Person helping me was no help at all. Never told me I could put arrears in a repayment plan. Instead offered another modification. I explained from the very beginning, when I was only a few payments behind, that I did not have internet and she needed to mail me the forms to fill out. I already knew the documents they would also need so I had them ready. After phone calls, voice messages and emails, six months later I'm told they don't mail paper forms!!!
Now when I ask about repayment I'm told they looked into doing it in XX/XX/2018 but it was a year and I didn't have the amount available, whatever that means. I ask why I wasn't told about this and I'm told they only send a letter if I get approved??!!!
This company is a mess and now I face foreclosure. I was never treated right and want to file a formal complaint against Mr Cooper and XXXX XXXX my dedicated loan specialist. Very poor quality work on my behalf. This should have been resolved within a few months as a repayment plan.

XX/XX/XXXXIn XX/XX/XXXX, After the economy sent our business in a downward spiral, although I really did n't want to, we had to attempt a loan modification. Our loan was sold to XXXX then to NationStar. XXXX DID put us on a trial basis for a loan modification, asking for XXXX payments before approval. When it was time to send the XXXX payment, they sold the loan without notice and the payment was returned therefore, NationStar said they did n't get that money in time to qualify for a loan modification. Also, Nation Star said there was no escrow which was indicated on XXXX 's loan paperwork. They said they had no idea about this matter and that money was in XXXX 's hands. Every time I attempted to call NationStar ( it always took XXXX calls to finally get someone ) for information and payment arrangements, I was given a different representative. Many times the person I spoke with was degrading and rude when I would ask for a look back at the last phone conversation. The response was " we do n't keep records of the last phone call ''. This happened many, many times. No one would help us get a modification. We did fill out at least XXXX loan packets and each time something was missing - not in reality, but I can promise you we had everything in ALL the packets.
It was as if there was a scam going on. Because I could not afford the time or money, I reached out to my Congressman and the Attorney General 's office for assistance. I did not get any answers but they did take my information and said they had many complaints from these companies. It was a joke to them but in XX/XX/XXXX, the home we built on XXXX acres of near our family and lived in for 15 years, was foreclosed by Nation Star - losing our home was devastation and heartbreak. The only thing that stands between us and starting over, are the names of these crooks on our credit report!
My only request is not money or a lawsuit, but to have XXXX AND NATIONSTAR do what is right and take the foreclosure OFF all three credit reporting agencies. They TOTALLY messed around with us. In my heart I no one ever planned to help us get a loan modification.

Went through the exhausting process of refinancing with Nationstar Mortgage and closed my loan on XX/XX/2016. XXXX should have been closed the week before but when the closing XXXX came to my home my husbands name on the documents were not correct. Yes, they had a persons name on the documents I have never heard of. The documents were corrected and loan closing was done on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told after XXXX days funds would be wired to my XXXX mortgage lender ( Nationstar ) and my XXXX mortgage lender XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This has not been done as of today. I call my loan XXXX XXXX XXXX with Nationstar and he told me the loan had funded on Monday XX/XX/2016. Again, no one has been paid off yet. I have called the closing company and the person that was handling my closing will not call me back or answer emails, her supervisor and every other single person I have tried to talk to there will not call me back. I have tried to get Nationstar to get to bottom of this and even they promise to call me back but do not. This has put me in a very bad situation as I was told not to pay my XXXX mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX and now its XX/XX/XXXX. I have kept my XXXX mortgage paid up. Today I finally received a call from the title company stating there was some sort of date issue on the paperwork????? No clue and they said they were working to resolve???? None of any of it makes sense to me and they could n't explain it either. I also asked why almost XXXX weeks later this is my first and only notification of anything???? Again, no answer. I feel there is some sort of fraud going on. Can you help me?

Nationstar mortgage company known now as Cooper nationstar have foreclosure on my credit report and I never went through foreclosure with Nationstar between the year XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I was going through a shortsale process and the next thing the realtor/broker and I knew the building was sold without us knowing. I didn't worry about it I just wanted out but in XX/XX/XXXX I saw Cooper Nationstar had a foreclosure on my credit report and when I tried talking to them the would say they are working on it. I lost out on the house I was trying to purchase the lender for the house I was trying to get reached out to Nationstar and they stated it looked like a short sale but wasn't sure and they told lender he would have to talk to their lawyer. I lost out on the house and I lost about {$3000.00} trying to purchase the house. I don't know what they did but the transaction on selling the building without me knowing didn't seem right and I should not have a foreclosure on my credit. The information was not accurate in any way at all. I had no Ideal this was on my credit.

On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I got a letter from Nationstar saying I was 8 months behind. The XXXX XXXX, mortgage payment was credited back to my bank account. They XXXX said, I have not paid since XXXX XXXX, then they said, they were missing XXXX, each time I have provided my pay history of payments. Then they said, XXXX missing. I have review pay history and did not find XXXX payments missing. XXXX said, I was not behind prior to sending my loan to Nationstar. I have sent XXXX payments between XXXX XXXX, XXXX thru XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The last XXXX payments have not posted to my account. I have called and spoke to a different person each time. I was in a XXXX from XXXX until XXXX XXXX. During that period I did not get any notification of missed payments. A rep at XXXX advised that they received a payment from trustee in XXXX XXXX, and they returned it to the trustee since my loan is with Nationstar. Trustee stated they do not see a returned payment and they had not information that my loan transferred to Nationstar.
I believe there are funds that I sent to pay my mortgage that have never been applied to my mortgage. Also, I believe that the primary interest in Nationstar is to have me to refinance the loan. I am not interested in refinance. I will pay whatever I owe. But, I want all funds placed on my account, if I sent a payment in that have not applied to my loan.
I would like to pay on their website as soon as they free up my loan account to allow me to pay online. I would consider auto bill pay on their website but, again, my loan is not allowed to use that service. I filed XXXX to pay my creditors. I was discharged after 5 years of paying ch XXXX in XXXX XXXX. Now, I want to increase my credit score and remove any negative data from my credit report. In good faith I have attempted to work with Nationstar and XXXX to resolve any issues with my loan.

WHILE I WAS IN XXXX XXXX, MORTGAGE PAYMENTS THAT WERE MISSED WERE NOT REPORTED TO ME UNTIL THE CHAPTER XXXX XXXX IN XXXX XXXX. NATIONSTAR NOTIFIED ME IN XXXX XXXX THAT I WAS BEHIND WHILE BOA HAD MY LOAN. WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE PAYMENTS WERE MADE CURRENT AND HAVE BEEN CURRENT SINCE THAT TIME. I AM ASKING NATIONSTAR TO PLEASE REMOVE NEGATIVE INFORMATION FROM MY CREDIT REPORT TO HELP MY XXXX XXXX. I AM CURRENTLY INTERESTED IN REFI OR DOWNSIZING MY HOME. IT WOULD REALLY HELP IF THE NEGATIVE INFORMATION WAS REMOVED TO ALLOW MY XXXX XXXX TO IMPROVE FOR BETTER INTEREST RATES.

My home mortgage loan was sold by XXXX XXXX company to Nationstar mortgage sometime in 2015 without my knowledge. During this time Nationstar force placed insurances on this account and increased my mortgage from approximately {$400.00} per month to almost {$900.00}. I had sent in documents showing that I had insurances and that I had never lapsed in my coverage. After calling several times and never getting the charges removed I called the Mississippi State Attorney Generals office to get help. XXXX ( XXXX ) and I worked for about a year to have the charges reduced and/or removed. They were never removed. During the course of this they would not accept partial payments even though I had been told to send my initial payment amount until the charges were removed. After a year and a half of this my credit has been ruined. I can not get refinancing because of this. Also during this ordeal, I was in a major car accident. I would like to become current and maybe get refinanced. Their phone number is XXXX. They have done several people this way. I would pay my ( approx. {$25000.00} in full ). I am trying to avoid foreclosure! XXXX also has a detailed list of the numerous phone calls to rectify my possibility of refinancing. I have approx 50 pages of correspondence to upload or fax. After I have rejected offers from Mr. Cooper ( Nationstar ) to refinance my mortgage, multiple times, they have now resorted to retaliatory tactics. They refused to process my XXXX payment on XX/XX/18 ( I have evidence that I scheduled the payment and they acknowledged it ). I received an alarming text message on XX/XX/18 indicating that my payment was now late and offered options to pay it. I have NEVER MISSED OR MADE A LATE PAYMENT ON THIS ACCOUNT AS MY CREDIT HISTORY INDICATES! I immediately called Mr. Cooper and spoke with a representative who first said the payment was reversed because the bank account rejected the ACH. I confirmed for her that the bank had not rejected the payment because the funds for more than sufficient to cover the payment. She then said that the note on the account said that the bank account was not valid. I have evidence that this is the same bank account that Mr. Cooper has debited several prior payments fromwithout issue.
I became irate and told her that this had better not impact my credit because I have done exactly what I was supposed to do and had made my payment on time using the same method as I had done for recent payments. The representative said that it would impact my credit because my payment was now late. She then asked me if there was a homeowners association and if my dues were current because the HOA could foreclose on my home. WHY IS SHE EVEN TALKING TO ME ABOUT FORECLOSURE?! And whos ever heard of an HOA foreclosing on a home?!
At that point I knew exactly what they were attempting to do. I took actions to thwart their obvious attempt to put me in a position that would allow them to accelerate foreclosure on my home or bully me into refinancing my home with a NLMS who has a reputation and documented history of these types of activities. I posted not only my XXXX payment ( for a 3rd time, from a different bank account-XXXX ) on XX/XX/18, I also on Monday, XX/XX/18, posted my XXXX payment from my XXXX bank account. That same day, I made an inquiry with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I asked if the mortgage payment had been declined. The bank representative gave me an activity printout and it did not show that the draft had ever been presented for payment as it had in previous months. I have the printout.
On yesterday, XX/XX/18, I checked my credit report and Nationstar has indeed flagged my account as delinquent, 30 days past due.
